Matchbox Relics. STITCHED IRIS

A narrow eye remains visible through an opening pulled together with metal rings. The wound has been forced closed without ever truly being repaired.
Stitched Iris is a one-of-one resin matchbox handmade by tsukiko.bo for Necros. The eye, incision and metal closures are individually assembled by hand, leaving every piece with its own anatomy.
The inner metal matchbox contains real matches and its own striking surface. Use them for candles, incense, rituals, birthdays or any other responsible moment that requires fire.
When the matches are finished, the box can be refilled or kept as a container for rings, charms, herbs, notes and other small objects.
