WHAT IS NECROS FRAGRANCE?

Necros Fragrance is an independent niche fragrance house created for those who like their beauty strange, their luxury dark, and their spirits slightly unwell.

We create perfumes, candles, infusions, books, and ritual objects inspired by death, folklore, mourning, memory, necromancy, and the things that follow you home when you say “I’m fine.”

We are not here to smell clean.

We are here to smell unforgettable.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are made in Belgium and Lithuania.

No, our items are not coming from China in a mysterious little bag with a suspicious label and a dream.

They are created, prepared, packed, cursed, blessed, side-eyed, and shipped by very real humans in Europe.

Vive la mort.

ARE YOU A REAL PERFUME BRAND OR JUST “AESTHETIC”?

We are a real perfume brand.

Our perfumes are properly formulated, created with professional perfumery materials, and made with safety and compliance in mind. The stories are dramatic because we are dramatic. The formulas, however, are not a joke.

We can be haunted and still do paperwork.

IS NECROS ONLY FOR GOTHS?

No.

Necros is for anyone who is drawn to the strange, the emotional, the dark, the symbolic, the beautiful, the uncomfortable, the theatrical, the ritualistic, or the slightly rotten.

Goths may find us first because they have excellent taste and a natural talent for sniffing out darkness. But everyone is welcome.

Unless you are boring on purpose. Then we are worried for you.

PERFUMES

WHAT DOES NECROS PERFUME SMELL LIKE?

That depends on the spirit you choose.

Some smell cold, ghostly, and musky. Some smell like grief in a forest. Some smell like porcelain skin, dead stars, wet soil, smoke, ritual, flowers, rot, incense, lace, or something that should not be breathing.

Necros perfumes are narrative perfumes. They are not made to simply smell “nice.” They are made to create a feeling, a memory, a wound, a presence.

Sometimes they seduce.

Sometimes they crawl.

ARE YOUR PERFUMES WEARABLE?

Yes.

They are artistic, dark, and strange, but they are still made to be worn on skin.

Some are easier to wear. Some are more intense. Some are beautiful in a way that makes people lean closer and then regret becoming emotionally involved.

We recommend starting with samples or discovery sets if you are new to the house.

ARE YOUR PERFUMES UNISEX?

Yes.

Necros perfumes are not created around gender. They are created around atmosphere, emotion, death, ritual, and the terrible human need to be perceived.

Wear whatever possesses you.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PERFUMES LAST?

Longevity depends on the specific fragrance, your skin, weather, application, and whether your body chemistry has decided to betray you that day.

In general, Necros perfumes are created as proper eau de parfum-style compositions and are designed to last well. Some are softer and ghost-like. Some cling like a curse.

For longer wear, apply to moisturized skin, pulse points, clothing, or hair ends. Be careful with delicate fabrics.

WHY DOES THE SAME PERFUME SMELL DIFFERENT ON SKIN, PAPER, AND CLOTHES?

Because perfume is alive in an annoying little way.

On paper, you smell the structure.

On clothes, you often smell the longer-lasting materials.

On skin, the perfume reacts with your body chemistry, warmth, oils, and personal chaos.

That is why the same perfume may feel floral on one person, smoky on another, and emotionally devastating on you.

CAN I BLIND BUY A FULL BOTTLE?

You can.

Should you? That depends on your courage, financial decisions, and relationship with consequences.

We always recommend samples or discovery sets first, especially if you are new to niche perfumery or if the fragrance description sounds like it may crawl into your dreams.

But yes, blind buying exists. Many have done it. Some even survived beautifully.

DO YOU SELL SAMPLES?

Yes.

Samples and discovery sets are the safest way to enter the house before committing to a full bottle. They allow you to test the spirits on your own skin and discover which one chooses you.

Or which one ruins you. Romantically.

ARE YOUR PERFUMES NATURAL?

Necros perfumes may contain a mix of natural and synthetic perfumery materials, depending on the formula.

We do not worship the idea that “natural” automatically means better or safer. Many natural materials are heavily restricted, allergenic, unstable, or simply not suitable for the effect we want.

We use what the composition needs.

The spirit does not care whether the molecule came from a flower, a lab, or your emotional damage.

ARE YOUR PERFUMES SAFE?

Our perfumes are formulated with safety and regulatory considerations in mind.

That said, perfume is still a cosmetic product containing fragrance materials and alcohol, so avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, irritated skin, wounds, pets, children, flames, and people who say “I only wear vanilla body mist” with moral superiority.

Always patch test if you are sensitive.

CAN I USE YOUR PERFUMES DURING PREGNANCY?

We recommend consulting your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have specific medical concerns.

Perfume is generally used externally, but sensitivity can change during pregnancy. Your nose may also become possessed and suddenly hate everything you once loved.

DO YOUR PERFUMES CONTAIN ALLERGENS?

Fragrance materials can naturally contain allergens, and where legally required, allergens are declared on the product label or packaging.

The spirits are dramatic, but your safety matters.

ARE YOUR PERFUMES VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?

Necros does not test products on animals.

Regarding vegan status, please check the specific product information or contact us if you need confirmation for a particular item. Some fragrance materials or related production components may vary depending on the formula or supplier documentation.

We love animals. We are much more suspicious of humans.

CANDLES

WHAT ARE NECROS CANDLES?

Necros candles are ritual objects for the living and the dead.

They are not just “cute gothic decor.” They are handmade wax pieces created with symbolism, atmosphere, memory, and the threshold between worlds in mind.

Some are made in collaboration with artists or makers aligned with the Necros world.

ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE FROM REAL WAX?

Yes.

Our candles are made from real wax. This means they do not simply evaporate into nothing. They melt.

Because of that, you must place them on a heat-safe plate, tray, or deep candle holder before burning.

Wax has a body.

Respect the body.

HOW SHOULD I BURN NECROS CANDLES SAFELY?

Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Use a plate, tray, or deep candle holder that can catch melted wax.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep it away from curtains, shelves, books, dried flowers, pets, children, loose sleeves, dramatic hair, and anything else that may decide to become a problem.

Trim the wick if needed.

Do not burn for too long at once.

Stop using the candle when it becomes unsafe to continue burning.

Fire is beautiful. Fire is also a little bastard.

CAN I USE NECROS CANDLES FOR RITUALS?

You can use them however feels meaningful to you, as long as you do so safely.

They are designed with ritual, atmosphere, memory, mourning, and symbolic use in mind. But we do not promise supernatural results.

If the dead answer, that is between you, them, and whatever you did at 3:17 AM.

INFUSIONS

WHAT ARE NECROS INFUSIONS?

Necros infusions are teas, herbal drinks, acorn coffee, and other drinkable offerings inspired by forests, death rituals, folklore, bitterness, warmth, and the comfort of being alive against your will.

They are the softer side of Necros.

Still haunted, obviously.

ARE YOUR INFUSIONS FOOD-SAFE?

Yes. Our infusions are intended for consumption and are prepared with food use in mind.

Please always check the ingredient list before drinking, especially if you have allergies, sensitivities, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or avoiding certain plants.

Plants are beautiful. Plants can also be extremely rude.

ARE YOUR INFUSIONS MEDICINAL?

No.

Our infusions are not medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

They are atmospheric, symbolic, comforting, delicious, bitter, strange, forest-like, and emotionally suspicious.

For health concerns, ask a medical professional, not a ghost with a kettle.

DO YOUR INFUSIONS CONTAIN CAFFEINE?

It depends on the product.

Some may naturally contain caffeine. Others may be caffeine-free. Please check the individual product page for details.

If the product keeps you awake at night, it may be caffeine.

Or guilt. Hard to say.

BOOKS

WHAT ARE NECROS BOOKS?

Necros books are printed extensions of the Necros universe.

They contain stories, spirit voices, folklore, mourning, mythology, death, memory, and the emotional damage behind the scents.

Necros started as fragrance, but apparently the spirits had more to say.

So now they have pages too.

IS THE BOOK CONNECTED TO THE PERFUMES?

Yes.

The books expand the world behind Necros. They may include stories, moods, symbols, or mythology connected to the perfumes, spirits, and themes of the house.

You do not need to read the book to wear the perfumes.

But it may explain why they feel like they are watching you.

ARE THE BOOKS SCARY?

They are dark, emotional, atmospheric, and rooted in death, folklore, grief, and strange beauty.

They are not cheap jumpscare horror. They are more like something sitting quietly in the corner of your room until you realize it has been there for years.

So yes. In a better way.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place your order directly through our website.

Choose your items, add them to your cart, complete payment, and wait while the spirits argue over packaging materials.

You will receive confirmation once your order is placed.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, contact us as quickly as possible at info@necrosfragrance.com.

We cannot guarantee changes, but we will try.

Once the parcel has crossed into the shipping realm, even we lose some control over it.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has not been processed yet, contact us immediately at info@necrosfragrance.com.

If it has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may need to follow the return policy if applicable.

The spirits pack fast when they are unsupervised.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?

Email us immediately at info@necrosfragrance.com.

If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to correct it. If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee redirection or delivery.

Please check your address carefully before ordering. The dead may know where you live, but delivery companies often do not.

SHIPPING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Shipping options may depend on your country and the products in your order.

Perfumes can be subject to shipping restrictions because they contain alcohol. Some destinations or carriers may not allow certain items.

If your location is not available at checkout, contact us at info@necrosfragrance.com and we can check what is possible.

WHY IS PERFUME SHIPPING COMPLICATED?

Because perfumes contain alcohol and are often treated as regulated or dangerous goods by carriers.

This does not mean your perfume is dangerous when used normally. It means shipping companies have rules, restrictions, and paperwork rituals that must be obeyed.

Perfume is glamorous until logistics enter the room.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times depend on your country, carrier, customs, strikes, holidays, weather, and whether the postal gods are in a mood.

Once your order leaves us, we do not control the carrier. We will always do our best to help if there is an issue, but we cannot physically drag the parcel across Europe by its tiny haunted collar.

MY PARCEL IS LATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, check your tracking information if tracking was provided.

If the parcel seems unusually delayed, contact us at info@necrosfragrance.com with your order number and we will check what we can.

Please remember that delays can happen due to carriers, customs, strikes, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Your parcel is not being ignored. It may simply be trapped in a bureaucratic swamp.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

If customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees apply in your country, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Necros is not responsible for customs charges, import fees, or local taxes applied by your country.

If you refuse a parcel because of customs fees, you will not be refunded.

We do not control governments.

We barely control the spirits.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE MY PARCEL?

If you refuse your parcel, fail to collect it, or reject it because of customs fees, shipping costs and related losses are not refundable.

Depending on the situation, the parcel may be returned, destroyed, delayed, or absorbed into the void.

Please accept your dead little package.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CAN I RETURN A PERFUME?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes usually cannot be returned.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@necrosfragrance.com with your order number and photos.

Do not throw away the packaging before contacting us. Evidence matters. The spirits love evidence.

CAN I RETURN SAMPLES?

Samples and discovery sets are generally not returnable for hygiene reasons.

They exist so you can test before committing to a larger bottle.

A sample is a tiny prophecy. Sometimes it says yes. Sometimes it says “absolutely not, beloved.”

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please include:

Order number

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the outer packaging

Photos of the inner packaging

We will review the situation and help you from there.

The parcel may be cursed, but we still need documentation.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

We will check the issue and help fix it.

Sometimes the spirits pack with enthusiasm. Occasionally, too much enthusiasm.

PAYMENTS

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payment options may vary depending on your country and the platform.

If the website accepts your coin, we accept your coin. Metaphorically. Please do not mail actual coins unless you are a medieval ghost.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

Payments are processed through secure payment providers connected to the website.

Necros does not sit in a dark room manually collecting your card details with a quill and bad intentions.

We have many flaws. That is not one of them.

If you love us, buy from us. Duh.

We are a small independent brand, not a bottomless PR cauldron. We do not send free products to everyone who has a ring light and the ability to say “obsessed” into a camera.

DO YOU WORK WITH INFLUENCERS?

Rarely.

We prefer creators who actually understand the brand, the perfumes, the stories, and the darkness behind them.

We are not interested in fake excitement, dead-eyed unboxings, or “hey babe, love your vibe, let’s collab” messages sent to 300 brands before breakfast.

The spirits can smell desperation.

So can we.

CAN I REQUEST FREE PRODUCTS FOR REVIEW?

You can request.

We can say no.

Beautiful system, really.

DO YOU USE AI IN YOUR WORK?

Can AI create perfumes and be the unapologetic bastards we are?

We do not think so.

Necros is created through perfumery knowledge, human instinct, storytelling, taste, obsession, bad sleep, research, emotional damage, and conversations with things that may or may not be real.

We may use digital tools as tools, because we live in this century and unfortunately must operate a business. But the perfumes, concepts, direction, voice, and world are human-made, spirit-fed, and founder-possessed.

Let us discuss it with our Ouija board and get back to you.

WHO CREATES NECROS?

Necros is created by its founder and perfumer, Vita, together with the spirits, collaborators, suppliers, makers, and occasional chaos goblins required to run an independent brand.

The official structure may say “business.”

The house says “summoning.”

Both are correct.

ARE YOU ASHAMED OF MAKING SUCH DARK THINGS?

No.

We get along with shame.

We know her by name. She comes over sometimes. We give her tea. She behaves.

Necros exists because darkness, grief, death, anger, longing, ritual, and strange beauty deserve space too. Not everything has to be soft beige, clean, polite, or marketable to people named “wellness consultant.”

We are not ashamed.

We are busy.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SATANIC?

Some Necros works may be inspired by satanic, occult, death-related, folkloric, ritualistic, or anti-mainstream themes.

This does not mean every product is part of a religious practice. Necros uses darkness symbolically, artistically, emotionally, culturally, and aesthetically.

If that scares you, that is fine.

Fear is also an experience.

IS NECROS EVIL?

Legally, no.

Emotionally, perhaps.

Aesthetically, absolutely.

WHY IS YOUR BRAND SO DARK?

Because death is real. Grief is real. Memory is real. Folklore is real. The body is strange. Beauty is not always clean. Luxury does not have to be polite.

Necros was created for people who do not feel represented by bright, sterile, algorithm-friendly beauty.

Some people want sunshine in a bottle.

We respect that.

We made something that crawled out from under the church floor instead.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PERFUME?

Store perfume away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and dramatic windowsills.

Keep it in a cool, dry place with the cap on.

Perfume hates heat.

Perfume hates sunlight.

Perfume hates being left in a bathroom like a Victorian orphan.

DOES PERFUME EXPIRE?

Perfume can change over time, especially if exposed to heat, light, or air.

Stored properly, perfumes can last a long time, but natural aging may still occur. Sometimes the scent becomes deeper. Sometimes it shifts. Sometimes it becomes a tiny museum of itself.

If the smell, color, or texture changes dramatically, stop using it.

HOW SHOULD I STORE CANDLES?

Store candles away from heat, sunlight, dust, and anything that may damage the wax or decorative elements.

Keep them upright and protected.

Candles may change slightly over time because wax is a material with opinions.

HOW SHOULD I STORE INFUSIONS?

Store infusions in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, moisture, strong smells, and hands that open the package just to sniff it every 20 minutes.

Close the packaging properly after use.

The tea cannot haunt you effectively if you let it go stale.

EVENTS AND RITUALS

DO YOU DO PERFUME WORKSHOPS?

Yes, sometimes.

Necros workshops are called rituals because “workshop” sounds like someone is about to make a PowerPoint about productivity, and we simply cannot have that.

During rituals, participants learn about perfumery, smell materials, explore the Necros world, and create their own fragrance.

New dates are announced on our website, newsletter, and social media.

CAN I INVITE NECROS TO AN EVENT OR MARKET?

Yes.

If you want Necros at your event, market, festival, workshop space, concept store, or suspiciously beautiful gathering, contact us at info@necrosfragrance.com.

Please include the event name, location, date, expected audience, vendor information, and why you think we belong there.

Bonus points if the venue looks like a place where someone once disappeared elegantly.

THE WEIRD QUESTIONS

ARE YOUR ITEMS COMING FROM CHINA?

No.

All of our items are made in Belgium and Lithuania.

The perfumes are not dropshipped. The candles are not summoned from a random warehouse. The infusions are not packed by a faceless goblin corporation pretending to be artisanal.

We are small, independent, European, dramatic, and tired.

Vive la mort.

CAN I WEAR NECROS TO WORK?

Yes.

But choose wisely.

Some Necros perfumes whisper. Some announce your arrival like a cursed cathedral collapsing in slow motion.

If your workplace is conservative, start with something softer or apply lightly.

If your workplace deserves to suffer, we cannot legally advise anything.

WILL PEOPLE COMPLIMENT ME?

Maybe.

They may also ask what you are wearing with visible concern.

Both are forms of impact.

WILL NECROS MAKE ME MORE MYSTERIOUS?

No perfume can fix a lack of mystery.

But it can help.

CAN I LAYER NECROS PERFUMES?

Yes.

Layering is allowed, encouraged, and occasionally spiritually reckless.

Start with small amounts and test combinations before committing to a full day of smelling like an abandoned chapel fighting a haunted doll in wet moss.

Or do commit. We are not your parents.

CAN I SPRAY PERFUME ON CLOTHES?

Yes, but carefully.

Perfume may stain delicate, pale, vintage, silk, or sensitive fabrics. Test first on a hidden area if you are unsure.

The spirits love fabric. Fabric does not always love perfume back.

CAN I SPRAY PERFUME ON MY PET?

Absolutely not.

Do not spray perfume on pets. Do not apply scented products to animals unless they are specifically made and approved for that use.

Your pet is already perfect and probably judging you.

CAN I DRINK THE PERFUMES?

No.

Please do not drink perfume.

We sell infusions for drinking.

We sell perfumes for smelling.

We cannot believe we had to separate these categories, but here we are.

CAN I BURN THE BOOK?

Technically, many things can be burned.

Emotionally, rude.

Practically, no. Please do not burn books, especially indoors, especially near perfume, candles, curtains, or your own questionable decision-making.

I THINK YOUR BRAND IS TOO MUCH.
