It stood in a Belgian church. Now it comes wrapped in Necros silk. We appreciate the deterioration in its circumstances.

This gold-toned crucifix once belonged to a place where people knelt, confessed and asked to be forgiven. Now it lies beside Paint Their Skies With Blood, a fragrance born from the violence of conversion, the burial of older gods and the incense that filled the buildings raised above them.

We chose this pairing deliberately.

There is something indecent about taking an object out of the setting that commands your reverence and placing it somewhere you are free to refuse. Here, you may admire the workmanship. Study the body. Look directly at the skull beneath it. Decide for yourself whether anything sacred remains.

The skull and crossbones deliver the oldest instruction: remember that you will die. The gold offers no exemption.

Acquired by Necros after its service in a Belgian church, this particular cross carries its existing patina and wear. Its relocation into this set is our artistic intervention. You are invited to continue the disagreement at home.

One complete set exists. The cross pictured is the exact piece you will receive.

Inside your box:

  • Paint Their Skies With Blood Eau de Parfum, 30 ml, in its original packaging.

  • The gold-toned former church crucifix pictured, with its skull-and-crossbones motif and pedestal.

  • An artist’s card for your unholy wishes, declarations or carefully worded renunciation.

  • Comes covered with bloody bible pages.

Presented in a black gift box, wrapped with Necros silk ribbon and prepared to be gifted.

The cross bears signs of previous use. Please examine the photographs for its condition and individual details.

Dispatched no later than 10 November 2026. Delivery time depends on your destination.

Choose the recipient carefully. We would hate for it to return to a respectable household.
